Always enjoy coming to this location. Decided to go for a membership today and was helped efficiently by a gentleman I believe was named Justin. Vacuums, towels and window/ all purpose spray was also provided in the lot. Super glad I decided to sign up.

I come to the little creek road location in norfolk 2 or 3 times a week. Theres a young man there named Robert, Blond head young man. Every single time I come there, he consistently pays attention and helps me.. I had no idea about the carpet cleaner machine. I could've been using it all along but he suggested it. He seems to enjoy his job.. thats a big deal through the eyes of a customer.. Upper management needs to keep an eye on the guy.. Hes a staple and represents your company well.. Great job Robert!!

I’ve had three vehicles on a membership here, and all three ended up with the same issue—small chips on the windshields (see photos). The damage appeared immediately after visits, which makes the pattern hard to ignore. I reported each incident to the manager right away, but responsibility was denied every time. That response is disappointing, especially given the consistency across multiple vehicles. While I appreciated the convenience and cleaning supplies, windshield chips can quickly turn into costly cracks if not addressed. Because of this, I’ve canceled my membership. I strongly recommend customers inspect their windshields after each wash.

had such a great experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and fast. The staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail, and my car came out looking spotless — like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I really appreciated how thorough the cleaning was, both inside and out. Even the tough spots that other places usually miss were perfectly cleaned. The products they used smelled great and didn’t leave any residue behind.
